 1. Right of Withdrawal (14 Days)
If you are located within the EU, you have the right to return your order within 14 days of receiving it — no explanation required. To start a return, email us at general@bhae.club with your order number and contact details.

2. Conditions for Returns
To qualify for a return, the product must be:

  • Unopened and sealed

  • In its original condition and packaging

  • Undamaged

We cannot accept returns of:

  • Products with broken seals

  • Items damaged after delivery

  • Perishable or customised goods (if applicable)


3. Refunds

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the product arrived damaged or incorrect.
